Blogger earlier started to allow users to export/import all contents of their blog. Now you can even convert between your Blogger based Blog and WordPress, LiveJournal, MovableType. You can simply switch over from your current blog platform to another. This new Open Source project easily moves blog posts and comments from one service to another. In addition to this, the source code includes templates for hosting these conversions on Google App Engine.

To convert from Blogger to Wordpress you have to export the blog from blogger and import into blogger2wordpress.appspot.com. Same applies for all blogs.
